Ingredients You’ll Need for Chutney:
50 gram coriander leaves.
15 mint leaves.
1 inch ginger.
4 spicy green chilli.
As per taste sugar & salt.
2 drop lemon juice.
Ingredients You’ll Need for sandwich stuffing:
1 cup boil kale chane (black chickpeas).
2 tbsp. hung curd.
½ red & green chopped capsicum.
½ chopped cucumber.
1 small bowl boil corn.
½ chopped carrot.
1 chopped onion.
10 chopped mint leaves.
As per taste salt.
1 tbsp. sandwich masala.
1 tbsp. tandoori mayonnaise.
1 burning charcoal.
1 tbsp. ghee.
Medium size bread.
Ghee.
Process –
Take A Bowl Add 1Cup Of Kale Chane Add Water & Rest For 5 Hour.
Take A Mixer Jar Add 50 Grm Coriander Leaves,15 Mint Leaves & 1 Inch Chopped Ginger, 4 Spicy Green Chilli, As Per Taste Salt & Sugar.
Add Lemon Juice & Mix Well, Your Green Chutany is Ready.
Take A Cloth Add 2 Big Tbsp. Curd(Dahi) & Rest it For 30 Min.
Boil the soaked Chane.
Take A Mixer Jar Add Boil Chane & Crush Them.
Take A Bowl, Add Crush Chane, Red & Green Capsicum.
Add 1/2 chopped Cucumber, 1 Small Bowl Boil Corn.
Add 1/2 Chopped Carrot,1 Chopped Onion, Add 2 Tbsp. Hung Curd, Add 10 Chopped Mint Leaves & as per taste salt.
Add 1 Tbsp. Tadoori Mayonnaise & 1 Tbsp. Sandwich Masala.
Mix Well All Ingredients.
Place A Small Steel Bowl With Burning Charcoal In Sandwich Stuffing,
Pour Some Ghee Over It & Cover With Lid For 5 Min.
After 5 Min. Stuffing will Also Get Charcoal Flavour.
Take 2 Bread Slice Spread The Ghee Evenly On The Bread Slice.
Now Spread The Coriander Chutany & Sprinkle Sandwich Masala.
Spread The Chana Masala Filling On A Bread Slice.
Cover With The Slices On Which We Have A Spread The Ghee & Chutany.
Take A Sandwich Grill Machine, apply Some Ghee.
Grill it for 5 min.
After 5 Min. Crispy & Smoky Sandwich Is A Ready.
Cut The Sandwich in 4 Parts.
