1 Filet O Fish (Recipe Makes 2):

INGREDIENTS
– 2 Burger Buns
– 2 4oz Fillets of Cod
– 2 Slices of Light American Cheese
Breading Stations:
– 30g Flour
– 1 Egg
– 30g Panko Bread Crumbs
– Add 1/2 tsp of Paprika, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Salt to each breading station.
*Each sandwich picked up around 10g flour, 10g panko, and 1/4 egg.
Low Cal Tartar Sauce:
– 170g Greek Yogurt
– 60g Pickles, Chopped
– 3 Tbs Minced Onions
– 2 Tbs Capers
– 4 tsp Parsley
– 2 tsp Dill
– 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
– Juice from 1 Lemon (3 Tbs)
– 2 tsp Sweetener
– 1 tsp Onion Powder
– 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
– 1 tsp Black Pepper
– 1 tsp Salt
*Sauce makes enough for 4 sandwiches.
RECIPE
1. Add flour and seasonings to a small plate and mix.
2. Add egg to bowl and whisk.
3. Add blended panko and seasonings to a small plate and mix.
4. Dip fish filet in flour, then egg, then panko.
5. Spray with oil.
6. Air fry at 400°F for 10-13 minutes.
7. Toast burger buns.
8. Assemble in this order: bottom bun, cheese, fish fillet, tartar sauce, top bun.
