– Carom Seeds: 1/2 tsp
– Amchur Powder: 1/2 tsp
– Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
– Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
– Salt: as per taste
– Jowar Flour: 1 cup
– Hot Water: as required to knead the dough
– Ghee: for cooking
