Ingredients
– [ ] Hung curd
– [ ] Carrot chopped
– [ ] Capsicum
– [ ] Green chilli
– [ ] Coriander leaves
– [ ] Pepper powder
– [ ] Chili flakes
– [ ] Salt
For tadka
– [ ] Olive oil or any oil of ur choice
– [ ] Mustard seeds
– [ ] Curry leaves
– [ ] Split Green chilli
Preparation
– [ ] Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well and keep it a side
– [ ] Now take 2 slices of bread spread the hung curd mixture on it
– [ ] Take a pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves and split green chili and place the bread and roast it and serve hot
