Recipe-
Ingredients:
– 1 cup grated papaya (or chopped)
– 1 cup grated raw mango
– 1 tbsp peanuts
– 1 tsp honey
– Salt, to taste
– ¼ onion, thinly sliced (optional)
– ½ tsp green chili, finely chopped (optional)
– 1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
Method :
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated papaya and grated mango.
2. Add peanuts, honey, and salt to the mixture. Toss everything until well combined.
3. If using, add the sliced onion and chopped green chili for extra flavor.
4. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve immediately.
