I am in weight loss and always trying to have fish at least once a week. This pasta dish has become one of my favourite to make. I used:
– broccoli, based on your liking
– can of tuna ( I am using tuna in olive oil)
– oil from the can of tuna
– garlic ( I love garlic and usually use at least 2 cloves)
– butter (teaspoon of butter)
– water ( just a splash of water, maybe 2 tablespoons)
– pasta ( I used penne and one serving – cup of cooked pasta)
I love easy, quick, somewhat healthy and fairly cheap recipes. Originally instead of broccoli you are supposed to use sweetcorn.
