Healthy weightloss Recipe ingredients
– 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 6-8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
– 1 green habanero pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon palm oil
– 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
– 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
– 1 teaspoons locust bean powder
– Boiled yams (for serving), cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions:
In a large pan or wok, heat the palm oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced veggies and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Add the shredded chicken to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
Season with the chicken stock powder & locust bean powder & stir well.
