These savoury pancake are made with oats. Rich in protein and minerals. You can make it with or without oil. Helps in weight loss.
Ingredients
Oats 1 cup
Samolina 1cup
Curd 1 cup
Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
Schezwan chutney 1 tbsp
Green chillies (optional) 1 chopped
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Mix all ingredients except baking soda, add water and make a thick batter. Rest for 10 min then Add baking soda. Heat a pan or tava and make small pancakes. Pour little oil and cook them.
