Egg White Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Egg whites
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper powder, to taste
1 tsp milk (optional, to reduce egg smell)
Half chopped onion
Chopped green chilies, as desired
Instructions:
-Mix the egg white with turmeric powder, salt, and pepper powder. Add a teaspoon of milk if you want to reduce the smell of the egg. Stir in the chopped onion and green chilies.
-Heat a non-stick pan, pour the mixture, and cook until set. Serve hot for a light, protein-rich meal!
