Beetroot salad Ingredients:
3 Beetroots (350 g)
1 Purple onion (110 g)
Canned Corn 60 g
3 Lettuce leaves 70 g
2 hard-boiled eggs (120 g) (optional)

Special dressing ingredients:
Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsps (15 g)
Olive oil 3 tbsps (21 g)
Hot ketchup 1 tbsp (15 g)
Salt 1 tsp (4 g)
Black pepper ¼ tsp (1 g)

Beetroot salad recipe:
First, slice the beetroots and put them in a pot. Add some water to the pot. Place the pot over heat and cook the beetroots for 30 minutes until they are fully cooked.
Then, slice the onion.
Now, put the cooked beetroots into a bowl and add the onion to it.
To make the special dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and hot ketchup in a bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix well.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and place the beetroot mixture on top, then pour the corn over it.
If desired, you can slice two hard-boiled eggs and place them beside the salad.
