Low-Calorie Pasta Salad Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1/2 medium beetroot, grated
– 100g dahi (curd)
– 40g low-fat paneer, diced
– 30g boiled pasta
– 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced
– 1 small tomato, diced
– 1 small onion, diced
– 50g cucumber, diced
– Salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and oregano to taste
Steps:
1. In a large bowl, combine cucumber, onion, tomato, bell pepper, boiled pasta, and low-fat paneer.
2. For the dressing, grate 1/2 beetroot into another bowl. Add dahi, black pepper, oregano, salt, and red chilli powder. Mix well to create a creamy and vibrant beet dressing.
3. Pour the beetroot dressing over the salad ingredients. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
4. Divide into two servings, and enjoy this refreshing, low-calorie pasta salad bowl!
