💁🏻♀Ingredients:
Olive oil
Garlic
Ginger
Onion
Bell pepper (red/yellow/green)
Tomato
Carrot
Corn
Baby corn
Broccoli
Cabbage
Pepper powder
Ragi flour
Water
Coriander leaves
💁🏻♀Method:
• Heat 2 tsp olive oil
• Saute garlic, ginger, and onions.
• Cook it for 1 minute.
• Add all the mentioned vegetables (ingredients).
• Add boiled corn & boiled broccoli.
• Add salt to taste.
• Cover and cook it 5/6 minutes (keep it crispy).
• Add (ragi water – 2 tsp ragi mixed in normal water and see it doesn’t form any lump)
• Add some more water.
• Add black pepper.
• Cook it for (8-10 minutes).
• Add coriander and enjoy it with a dash of lemon.
