1-inch piece ginger (grated)
¼ Cup carrot (chopped)
2 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
1 large size (finely chopped)
1 capsicum (finely chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
For Tadka:
1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp black mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
Curry leaves (a few)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Eno or baking soda
