Soaked moong dhal – 1/2 cup
Rolled or instant oats – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1/2
Carrot – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 1
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Water – 3 to 4 cups
Salt – as per taste
Coriander leaves
