For filling-
Boiled potato- 4-5medium
Green chilli- 2
Some fine chopped coriander leaves
Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
For besan batter-
Besan- 1 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp or( as per test )
Red chilli powder- 1/4tsp
Haldi powder- 1/4 tsp
Gram masla- 1/2 tsp
Water – 3/4cup
