8. Onion – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
9. Tomato – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
10. Capsicum – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
11. Beans – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
12. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
13. Kashmiri red chili powder – ½ tsp
14. Pav bhaji masala – 1 tsp
15. Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
16. Coriander leaves – Handful (finely chopped)
17. Salt – As per taste
18. Curd – 2 tbsp (optional)
19. Water – ½ cup (adjust consistency)
20. Oil – 1 tsp (for each chilla)
21. Kalonji (nigella seeds) – For sprinkling
