Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dark chocolate chopped 150g
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Instant coffee 3 tbs
-Sugar powdered 3 tbs
-Hot water 2 tbs
-Melted chocolate as required
-Coffee bean
-Doodh (Milk) hot 1 Cup
-Instant coffee
Directions:
-In dark chocolate,add cooking oil & microwave for a minute than mix well until smooth.
-In half circle silicon mold,add a spoonful of the melted chocolate to each of the molds and use the spoon to spread the chocolate up the sides of each mold.
-Refrigerate the chocolate for 15-20 minutes or until completely set.
-Once set,repeat chocolate coating & refrigerate until set (15-20 minutes).
-In a deep dish,add instant coffee,sugar,hot water & whip the mixture with the help of a small strainer until it changes color & frothy then transfer to a piping bag.
-Carefully remove from silicon molds & pipe out prepared coffee mixture in each chocolate mold.
-Melt the edge of another chocolate circle by placing inversely on a hot plate & cover each filled chocolate half mold with an empty half circle of chocolate & press gently to seal.
-Drizzle melted chocolate & garnish with coffee bean (makes 14-15).
-To make coffee,in a cup,add prepared coffee bomb,pour hot milk & stir.
-Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!

-Half circle silicon mold mein melted chocolate dal ker pheela lein.
-Chocolate ko 15-20 minutes ya set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Jan set ho jaye tou ek aur dafa chocolate ki coating laga lein aur set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (15-20 minutes).
-Deep dish mein instant coffee,cheeni aur hot water dal dein aur strainer ki madad sa color change aur frothy ho janay tak whip ker lein phir piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Carefully silicon molds sa nikal lein aur & tayyar coffee mixture dal dein.
-Chocolate circle ka edges ko hot plate per rakh ka melt ker lein aur half mold ka upper rakh ka gently press ker ka seal ker lein.
-Melted chocolate drizzle karein aur & coffee bean sa garnish ker lein (makes 14-15).
-Coffee bananay kliya cup mein tayyar coffee bomb aur garam doodh dal ker stir ker lein.
-Instant coffee sprinkle ker ka garam serve karein!
