Festive season is in the air and I want to make sure I serve delicacy to everyone! I am making this delicious, nutritious and quick recipe Veg Moonglet Sandwich. And the moonglet sandwich is so delicious – I am sure not just kids, even your spouse too would love this easy quick to do Veg Moonglet Sandwich, it’s the best go to festive snack!
Veg Moonglet Sandwich Recipe-
Ingredients :
Moong Dal (Yellow Lentils, soaked for 3 hours)
Ginger Knob
Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt to taste
Finely chopped veggies (Carrot, Onion, Green Chillies and Coriander Leaves)
Finely chopped Tomato
Oil
Bread Slices
Tomato Ketchup
Green Chutney
Cheese Slice
Tomato Slices
Onion Slices
Method :
In a mixer jar, take soaked Moong Dal
Add Ginger Knob
Churn to make fine batter
Transfer batter in a mixing bowl
Add Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add Salt to taste
Give it a good mix
Further finely chop some veggies (Carrot, Onion, Green Chillies and Coriander Leaves)
Add these veggies into batter and mix it
Add finely chopped Tomato in the batter
Further heat the pan to make Moonglet
Oil and wipe with a tissue
Pour batter on the pan giving it a square shape
Drizzle some Oil around
Flip and cook both the sides on medium heat until golden-brown
Further take Bread Slices
Apply some Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney
Place Moonglet on it
Place a Cheese Slice on it
Add Tomato & Onion Slices
Cover with another bread slice
Grill this sandwich on a pan
