Day 3:Vegetable Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients:
• 1 cup of cooked brown rice
• 1 cup of broccoli florets
• 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
• 1/2 cup of green peas
• 1/2 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2teaspoon sesame oil
• 2 garlic clove, minced
• 3 eggs

Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Add the broccoli, carrots, snap peas, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Pour in the soy sauce and toss the vegetables to coat evenly. Add the cocked rice then add 3 mixed eggs and cook for an additional 1 minute.
