✨ingredients✨
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup apple sauce
– 1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/3 cup milk
– 2/3 cup monk fruit sugar
– 1/3 cup sugar free brown sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/3 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 3 tbsp hemp seeds
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1 1/2 cups of ap flour
– 2 tsp cinnamon
cream cheese frosting
– 2/3 cup powdered monk fruit sugar
– 6 oz low fat cream cheese
– 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff
– 1 tsp vanilla

1. mix all ingredients into bowl and let sit in the fridge to thicken up

1. mix all wet ingredients into a bowl
2. mix in the dry ingredients
3. Place mix into baking loaf pan
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 35 mins then cover with tin foil and bake for another 20-30 mins until set
5. Let cool and place cream cheese mixture on top
6. Best enjoyed when served cold
