*Ingredients:*
– 1 cup brown lentils
– 1 red onion, grated
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 carrot, grated
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– ¾ cup walnuts, chopped
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp thyme
– 1 tsp rosemary
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– salt & pepper to taste
– 1 puff pastry sheet
– soy milk for the wash
_Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes._
