There’s NO such thing as, “I woke up like this”. Every thing needs consistent effort whether or not it’s health-related, fitness-related, beauty-related, career-related, relationship-related or travel-related goals. If you want more FOR yourself, you need to require more FROM yourself.
Your body is your own “wonderland”. It is your home. You need to respect it and feed it with good stuff. Exercise — not for the abs… but for a long, healthy life! When you are healthy, you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. I am no expert, but I’m glad I shared this with you. (and oooh — you’re welcome!)
