Ingredients
• 4 drumsticks (chopped into pieces)
• 1 bunch spinach (washed)
• 1 Cup green peas
• 4 Cups water (from pressure-cooked vegetables)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp ghee (for topping)
Instructions:
Pressure cook drumsticks, peas and spinach with 2 Cups of water and Salt for 1 whistle. Strain and reserve the cooking water.
Separate the Drumsticks and scrape the pulp out the pulp.
Add the boiled veggies back to the stock along with Drumsticks Pulp.
Blend the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper, then top with a teaspoon of ghee before serving. Enjoy hot!
