Ingredients
Makes 13-14 pav buns
4 cups plain flour/maida
• 4 tablespoons milk powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
• 1.5 cups warm milk
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 50 gms soft butter
• 1/4 th water ( if required to make a sticky dough )
Butter and milk to rub on top of the buns
