🌱 Recipe: Fast Seed Bread

🙋‍♀️ I’ve been making this bread for years. It takes only minutes to throw together and cooks in a minute. It comes out kind of like an English muffin.

👉 Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons seeds (your choice of flax, chia, pumpkin, sunflower, or sesame)
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
• 1 egg

👉 Instructions:
1. Add seeds to a spice grinder or dry blender. Today, I used 1 tablespoon each of flax, chia, pumpkin, and sesame.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder (optional).
3. Grind seeds into a fine powder.
4. Transfer the ground seeds to a small dish and mix in 1 egg.
5. Stir thoroughly and scrape down the sides of the dish.
6. Microwave the mixture until fully cooked. In my microwave, it takes exactly 1 minute.
7. Carefully remove the bread from the dish, let cool slightly, and cut in half.
