793g or 3 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
224g or 1 Cups Fat Free Cream Cheese
3 1/2 Scoops Vanilla Casein Protein Powder (I used @legion – code nickkaz saves 20%)
48g or 4tbsp Granular Sugar Substitute (I used Swerve)

*if you don’t use casein it will not be as thick – you’ll need to add 28g or 1/4 cups sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix*

49g or 3 1/2 tbsp Christmas Mini M&Ms
Mini Chocolate Chips (*optional*)
