evannryan no bake apple whip pie
Ingredients
3 large apples or 4 small, chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon – if using Saigon cinnamon, reduce to 1-2 tsp
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups plain vegan yogurt
60g Nuzest vanilla protein powder (save 15% using code: EVANNRYAN)
Recipe
To a pan add chopped apples, olive oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to medium low heat and cook, stirring often, until apples have softened. Depending on the size of your apple chunks this should take 6-10 minutes.
Divide the apple mixture into 4 containers and set aside to cool.
In a small mixing bowl add yogurt and protein powder. Whip together until super smooth.
Divide the protein yogurt across the 4 cooled apple containers and spread across the tops.
Seal and refrigerate until you’re ready for a sweet treat!
Apple Whip Pie should last in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
