✅Recipe details :
Mix 1 cup fine rava/suji,3/4th cup curd,1/2 cup water and mix it well ,now rest it for 10 minutes
Meanwhile prepare a tadka by adding some mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,finely chopped onions and curry in oil,quickly sauté and keep it aside
Now transfer the rava+curd mixture in a mixer grinder and make a smooth batter
Add the tadka and some fresh coriander in the batter and mix it well
Add 1/4th tsp baking soda and a little water ,mix it well
And cook this batter in a tadka pan
✅kara chutney: In a pan,add some oil,add 1 tbsp of chana dal and urad dal,roast until golden brown,now add 1 roughly chopped onion,1 roughly chopped tomato and some soaked Kashmiri red chillies,cook this for some time and grind it into a smooth paste
Add a tadka of mustard seeds,curry leaves and red chillies
