This is my version of paratha sandwich. Quick sandwich which only takes less than 20 minutes. 1/2 Side is more than enough per person.

20 minutes to prepare

Ingredients
2 Frozen Paratha
Oil

For Potato Mix
3 Medium Potatoes Microwaved and Mashed
1/2 Onion
1 Green chilli
1/4 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder
Salt to taste

For Egg
2 Medium Eggs
1/2 Onion
1 Green Chilli
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper
