These High Protein Donuts are quick and easy to make at just 80kcal per donut! Low Fat, Low Carb and a healthy alternative to regular donuts as they are made from natural ingredients in the comfort of your own home! Amazing for satisfying cravings!
Ingredients (Makes 6 donuts)
-30g oat flour
120ml (4) egg whites
2 scoops (60g) protein powder (I used BPI Sports Snickerdoodle)
80g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
5g Stevia
Topping:
Powdered Stevia
Flavour Drops (I used bulk powders)
Water (add slowly until desired consistency)
Sprinkles (optional for decoration)
