Ingredients
Poha – 200gms
Onion -1 no.
Potato – 1 no. Diced
Tomato – 1 no. Diced
Green chili – 1 slit
Roasted peanuts
Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Channa dal – 1/2 Tsp
Urad dal – 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida powder – 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Tsp
Few curry leaves
Oil – 1 Tsp
Ghee – 1 Tsp
Tamarind water
Water
Salt as per your taste
Coriander leaves
Method
1. Wash the poha for 2-3 times & discard the water and add tamarind water for soaking
For 10mins .
2. Heat a pan add some seasonings (mustard seed, Chana dal, urad dal) wait till it splutter then add peanuts, curry leaves, green chili.
3. Add onion, potato, tomato and saute add salt and turmeric powder.
4. Give a nice stir add the soaked poha .
5. Saute the above mix for about 5mins and put off the flame.
6. Add a ghee.
7. Serve it hot. (Curd, any chutney)
