Braised tofu recipes
736g tofu
2 garlic cloves
40g soy sauce
10g brown sugar
6g mild chili powder
75ml water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1. First, I am going to cut tofu into around a quarter inch thick.
2. Next, we will chop the garlic and prepare the sauce. (40g soy sauce,10g brown sugar,6g mild chili powder ,75ml water and minced garlic mix well)
3. Let us fry tofu, turn the heat on about medium to medium-high depending on your heat, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put tofu pieces in oil pat, you do not have to wait until seasoning. Over medium-high heat around 6 minutes and then, you will turn it over and another 6 minutes and then all sides are golden brown.
