Ingredients:
Curd 3 Cups
Shredded Carrot 1 Cup
Cabbage 1 Cup
Capsicum 1 Cup
Coriander 1 Cup
Green chilies 3
Ginger 2 Spoons
Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt as per your taste
Bread
Butter
Preparation time: 30 mnts
Procedure:
1. Take a any clean kitchen towel pour 3 Cups of curd and Squeeze excess water from curd to make hung curd.
2. Now add finely chopped Cabbage, Capsicum, Shredded Carrot, green Chillies, Ginger, Coriander, pepper powder & Salt as per your taste to hung curd and mix everthing well.
3. Take 2 slices of bread and apply butter, spread the veg hung curd mixture evenly on the bread slice and close it with other slice.
4. You can Toast the sandwich using Toaster/ Tawa by applying butter or ghee.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
