I’M ON DAY 13 OF 75 HARD (ISH)!
Today, I have grocery hauls, a gym trip, etc.
High protein chicken dip:
1/2 cup chicken (rotisserie, canned, whatever!)
buffalo sauce (measure with heart)
sprinkle of cheese
2 tbs of greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 light laughing cow
-microwave 1 min, 15 sec + stir
Protein pancake:
1/3 cup protein pancake mix
1 egg, 1 egg white
1/2 banana (mashed)
-microwave 90 seconds
