Semolina/suji:1 cup
Gram flour/besan: 1/4 cup
Fresh Curd: 1/2 cup
Fresh green peas: 1/3 cup
Frsh coriander: 1/4 cup
Ginger: 1 inc
Green chillies: 2 nos
Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon
Water: 1 cup@1.4cupofFood+ 2 tablespoons or as required
Oil for greasing
For the Tadka:
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves: 10-12 nos
Chopped red chilli: 1 large
For the Onion Chutney
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Chopped onion: 1 large
Dried red chilli: 3-4 nos
Garlic: 3-4 cloves
A small piece of tamarind
Water as needed
Salt: to taste
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dal: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 10-12 nos
A pinch of asafoetida/hing
