Phulkas
Easy Homemade Phulkas/Roti.
Yummy Phulkas are perfect for lunch or dinner.
Today I am going to share a quick recipe for phulkas which goes with any veggie/subzi & easy to make it.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Multigrain flour (replace with wheat or any mixture of flours)
Salt to taste
1.5 Cup of water as per consistency.
1 tbsp any flour to roll the Phulkas
Note: Dough should not be watery or hard, it must be smooth texture to roll the rotis.
Method:
1. Add 2 cups of flour in a big pan and gently add warm water to tighten the dough.
2. Do Balls evenly.
3. Take flour to roll the roti round with a rolling pin with a light weight on the rolling pin.
4. Once Tava is hot add roti and in a few sec flip the roti and put it on a gas flame to puff.
5. Add ghee on Phulka and Yummy soft phulka is ready to eat.
Serve hot phulka with any veggies/subzi.
