BURGER BOWLS
-make burgers like you normally prefer. get all of your fav burger toppings and chop up small and put into a bowl. add a cut up cooked patty on top. add condiments as well and enjoy. I added cooked potatoes for a “french fry” effect.

CHICKEN WRAPS

-cook chicken and add to protein wrap with lettuce and your fav condiment on top.

RICE BOWLS
cook 1-2 cups of brown rice. on the stove saute 1 lb ground beef with taco seasoning. chop up your fav veggies and add to the skillet and saute with meat. add the rice into the mixture and once the veggies are soft enjoy. I like siracha on top of mine or teriyaki sauce

BEEF & VEGGIES
cook 1 lb ground beef with sweet potatoes and brussel spouts in a skillet on the stove. add in soy sauce or teriyaki and enjoy. you can add any carb that you would like if needed.
