This is a very easy sandwich recipe made using recently made harissa mayo. It just takes few minutes to make yet makes ultimately yummylicious and healthy sandwich.
Ingredients :
– Red Cabbage (1/2 Cup) ( finely chopped)
( You can use any cabbage that is available with you)
– Carrot (1/4 Cup) (finely chopped)
– Cucumber (1/4 Cup) ( Finely chopped)
To make Harissa Mayo :
– Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp)
– Harissa Paste/ sauce (1-2 Tsp)
( According to your taste )
– Mix Mayo with veggies.
– Spread this mixture on a bread slice.
– Cheddar cheese ( optional )
– Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
– Put another bread slice on it and press it down slightly.
– Grill it on griller or on pan.
– Cut and serve it with loads of love.
– If you want you can butter the slices, add cheese slices or anything at all to this sandwich.
