Happy New Year! I hope you all had an amazing holiday season but now that it’s 2020 I know many of us are ready to CRUSH our goals! On many New Years resolution lists is to eat healthier and possibly lose weight. Nothing helps me do BOTH of those than having healthy and delicious food on hand AT ALL TIMES! Meal prepping is a super efficient way to accomplish that so I’m going to show you exactly what I do to set myself up for success in my journey to healthy eating. In this healthy meal prep I show you tons of amazing recipes that can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! And don’t worry, I always meal prep on a budget so nothing I show you is crazy expensive or elaborate. Just simple delicious meal prep for weight loss that will give you an entire week of healthy food.
