Soya chunks – 50g (soak in hot water)
Olive oli-1/2 tsp
add soaked, soya chunks
Red chilli powder, -1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder, -1/4 tsp 
Salt to taste
Mix and Roasted it well 
For Paneer :
Cut paneer in slices -50g
Olive oil
Oregano -1/4 tsp
Black pepper-1/4 tsp
Paprika powder/red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
For veggie  :
Olive oil-1 tsp
Garlic-1/2 tsp
Ginger 🫚 -1/2 tsp
fresh haldi-1/4 tsp 
Chop onion-1
Capsicum-1
Bell pepper , yellow and red-1/2 + 1/2
Broccoli-1
Green beans -4 to 5
Green chilli-2
Oregano -1/4 tsp
Chat masala-1/4 tsp 
Black pepper-1/4 tsp
Paprika powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
add roasted soya chunks and Paneer cubes
