Beetroot & Carrot Salad | Healthy and Delicious Salad Recipe

Join me to make beetroot and carrot salad ,a vibrant, healthy and colourful salad overloaded with natural sweetness and earthy flavours.This refreshing salad is combination of finely chopped carrots and boiled beetroot chunks, creating a colourful and crunchy texture.Topped with dressing made by lemon juice,honey, mustard and olive oil.This sauce balances of vegetables with tangy kick.
Adding nuts like walnuts and raisins enhances it’s crunchy texture and induce nutrition too.Fresh herbs like green Corriander add a hint of freshness while nuts bring satisfying crunch.whether served as a side dish or s light meal ,this salad is pack of vitamins, antioxidants and fibre, making it a delicious and healthy choice.It is best choice for weightoss.

Ingredients for salad
Boiled beetroot 2
Carrots 3
Green spring onion 2
For sauce
Olive oil 2 tbs
Honey 2 tbs
Lemon juice 2 Tbs
Mustard sauce 1/2 tbs
Salt a pinch
Pepper 1/4 tsp
For garnish
Chopped walnuts 2 tbs
Raisins 1 tbs
Method,
Chop beetroot into small chunks
Cut carrots in Julien cutting.
Chop fine spring onion
Put all veggies in a bowl.
Make dressing by combing all ingredients.
Beat well.
Pour over salad and mix well
Garnish with chopped walnuts and raisins.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve .
