✔ 1/4 cup (60 ml) Warm Water
✔ 2 tbsp Mixed Seeds (sesame, pumpkin, sunflower – optional)
✔ Butter for brushing

🍞 Step-by-Step Process:

1️⃣ Activate Yeast:
Take warm milk in a bowl, add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp instant dry yeast. Mix and let it sit for 10 minutes until it activates and turns frothy. This helps in getting a perfect rise for the bread.

2️⃣ Prepare Dough:
In a mixing bowl, take multigrain wheat flour and add salt. Pour the activated yeast mixture into the flour and mix. Add olive oil and gradually pour warm water, kneading continuously.
