To make you’ll need:
* 1 block firm tofu, drained and patted dry
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
* 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
* 1 tsp rice vinegar
* 1 green onion, finely chopped (optional for garnish)

Method Used;
-In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, chili oil, sesame seeds and rice vinegar until well combined.
-Place tofu on a plate and drizzle the dressing evenly over the top.
-Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion if using.
-Enjoy chilled!
