a day on my plate 🫶 as someone who doesn’t want to spend hours meal prepping on a sunday, doesn’t want to spend hours cooking during weekdays, but still eats 90% of her meals in & tries to eat healthy/whole foods

high protein buffalo chicken dip:
– bake canned chicken, shredded cheese, hot sauce & ranch seasoning. i did 3 cans of chicken to prep for the whole week!
– once it comes out of the oven mix in plain greek yogurt to make it creamy 🙂
