NOTE:
⚪ Kuddu leaves water so don’t put much water while cooking
⚪ While rosting roti only spark water in one side

FOR ROTI:
… Take wheat and jowari flour (because it’s a good combination to reduce bad fat ) add lukewarm water and make a soft dough leave it for half an hour
… Make round pieces of dough and dab dab it on a large plain plate or else roll it as usual
… Heat a pan and put the roti and spark water on one side ..roast it
FOR KADDU CURRY:
… Take a pan and pour oil and heat it and then put onion make it slight brown and then slow the flame add Ginger garlic paste tomato and spices (as mentioned in video) stir it adding little amount of water(smallll glass)
….put all the kaddu slices which is cutted already then mix it and add a glass of water
…cook it until the kaddu cooked completely
