This is what I eat in a day in a calorie deficit while still prioritizing protein.
I kicked off my morning with a push day workout, followed by an incline walk on the treadmill.
For breakfast, I had coffee with creamer and a protein pancake bowl.
Then I walked 2 miles on my walking pad
And for lunch, I made a high protein peanut butter chocolate yogurt bowl
As a snack, I had homemade cheddar popcorn
For dinner, I enjoyed an in n out burger with the sauce on the side, a zevia, and some animal fries.
Showing that you can still enjoy your favorite foods and reach your fitness goals while staying in a calorie deficit.
