INGREDIENTS:
TO GRILL CHICKEN:
Boneless chicken 250 gm ( thinly sliced)
Oil 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Mix all the above ingredients well and keep it aside for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes heat a. grill pan and add oil , place marinated chicken on the pan . Fry on medium flame until the chicken is cooked from both sides.
Once the chicken is fried remove them from the pan and let it cool down .
For chicken veg Filling:
Cabbage finely chopped 1/2 cup
1 small Onion finely chopped
Half of a capsicum finely chopped
Half of a tomato finely chopped
Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.
METHOD:
After cooling down cut the fried chicken pieces into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl. To this add some vegetables like Cabbage capsicum tomato onion ets(finely chopped).Add red chilli sauce along. with tomato ketchup and salt, mix everything well. Keep it aside
For grilled chicken sandwich:
Bread slices as required
Butter as required
METHOD:
take bread slices and spread 2 tbsp of prepared filling .Cover it another bread , Apply little butter on the top and place it in a preheated grill pan. Toast on medium until it gets crisp and golden brown from both sides.
Once its done remove from the pan and cut it into desired shape and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
