Recipe:-

Beet root Halwa

Beet root – 500 gms grated
Khoya – 100 gms
Cream – 100 gms
Milk – 200 gms
Elaichi – 4-5
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Kishmish – 2 tbsp
Cashews – 2 tbsp
I’m lite sugar – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Lightly sauté cashews and raisins until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same ghee, add grated beetroot and cook covered for 5-10 minutes until slightly softened.
3. Add milk, cream, khoya, and whole elaichi. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the beetroot is completely soft.
4. Stir in sugar and cook for another 5 minutes until everything comes together.
5. Garnish with sautéed cashews and raisins. Serve hot.
