For dough:-
Atta 1 cup
Ghee 1tbsp
Warm Water as needed

For gujiya filling :-
Ghee for roasting
Chopped cashew nuts 3 tbsp
Chooped pistachios 3 tbsp
Sliced almonds 3 tbsp
Kishmish 3 tbsp
Khus khus 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Saunf powder 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Jaggery powder 1 cup
