Sweet Potato Air-Fryer Chips – 5g protein | 125 calories per serving
Ingredients:
1 medium sweet potato, thinly sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Thinly slice sweet potato – using mandoline or sharp knife.
Soak sliced in cold water for 15-20 minutes to remove extra starch.
Pat dry completely with paper towels.
Toss with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Air fry at 350°F for 12-15 minutes
